Eligibility Requirements

The Florida Department of Health in Flagler County (DOH-Flagler) offers some medical services, like children’s immunizations, for free. Other services are a flat fee, established by the State or the County Commission. A third category of services require a financial application to determine eligibility and cost of services. Patients with medical insurance are referred to their private physician.

DOH-Flagler is a Medicaid Managed Healthcare Provider.

Appointments are required to be seen at most clinics.
