Special Needs Shelters

When hurricanes or other emergenices threaten Flagler County, the County’s Emergency Operations Center receives many calls concering Special Needs Shelters (SpNS). Flagler County Emergency Management, in partnership with Florida Department of Health-Flagler County are coordinating their efforts to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities or functional medical needs during a disaster.
