Florida Health in Flagler Modifies its Testing & Vaccination Schedule for Dec. 13 through 17

The Florida Department of Health in Flagler County (DOH-Flagler) has modified its testing and vaccination schedule for Monday, December 13 through Friday, December 17.  

Anyone over age 18 who received their second dose of Moderna at least six months ago can receive a booster. These boosters are also available for anyone who received the J&J vaccine at least two months ago.

The CDC has now authorized Pfizer boosters for teens ages 16 -17. The third doses are offered at the Health Department Monday evenings between 3:30 and 6PM.  The Monday evening clinic also offers first and second doses of Pfizer to children ages 5 through 11.

Friday, Dec. 17

9AM to 11AM     Testing (Airport location)

Both Pfizer and Moderna boosters/third doses are offered by appointment only. Please note: Clinics may close after scheduled appointments are completed. Please call 386-437-7350 ext. 0 for scheduling. (The call center is open weekdays from 8AM until 4:30PM.)
