Florida Health in Flagler Maintains its Testing & Vaccination Schedule for Dec. 6 through 10

The Florida Department of Health in Flagler County (DOH-Flagler) is maintaining its testing and vaccination schedule for Monday, December 6 through Friday, December 10.

With respect to vaccinations, both Moderna and Pfizer boosters (third doses) are available to anyone over age 18 who received their second doses at least six months ago. These boosters are also available for anyone who received the J&J vaccine at least two months ago.

The department is also offering Pfizer to children age 5 through 11 (with parental consent) on Monday afternoons

Monday, Dec. 6

9AM to 11AM     Moderna Boosters by appt. (Airport location)

3:30PM to 6PM Pfizer boosters and vaccinations for ages 5 to 11 by appt. (301 Dr. Carter)

Tuesday, Dec. 7                   

9AM to 11AM     Moderna Boosters by appt. (Airport location)

Wednesday, Dec. 8          

9AM to 11AM     Testing (Airport location)

Thursday, Dec. 9

9AM to 11AM     Moderna Boosters by appt. (Airport location)

Friday, Dec. 10

9AM to 11AM     Testing (Airport location)

Both Pfizer and Moderna boosters/third doses are offered by appointment only. Please note: Clinics may close after scheduled appointments are completed. Please call 386-437-7350 ext. 0 for scheduling. (The call center is open weekdays from 8AM until 4:30PM.)
