4-WEEK COURSE
A support group that meets once a week for 4-weeks to cover a variety of topics, including:

  • Reasons and Benefits of Quitting.
  • Your Quit Plan.
  • Becoming Tobacco/Nicotine Free.
  • Preventing Relapse.
