After-Hours Vaccination Clinic and testing at DOH-Flagler
Vaccinations for Ages 12 and older -- Pfizer only
Walk-ins will be accepted for vaccinations.
Drive-through testing is for symptomatic individuals only by appointment. (We are not testing for travel at this time.)
Call 386-437-7350 ext. 0 for scheduling.
Some community partners and local pharmacies provide COVID testing. Please reach out to them if you are not experiencing symptoms but have been exposed.
