Healthy Lifestyles - Teen Tobacco Citation Class
This class is a Flagler County School approved class for persons cited under the new Federal Law (Known as Tobacco 21) and it is illegal to sell any tobacco product, including cigarettes, cigars and e-cigarettes to anyone under the age of 21. The new federal age of sales applies to all retail establishments and persons with no exceptions. The underage sale will result in penalties; jurisdiction; disposition of fines. Certificates will be issued at the completion of the class.
